Established in 2023, the Guangming Science City Venture Capital Association has attracted over 50 leading institutions. 　　The Greater Bay Area’s first Comprehensive National Science Center Science and Technology Innovation Fund of Funds(Guangming Sci-Tech FOF) in the Greater Bay Area has been launched, with a target scale of RMB 5 billion;

　　引入中银50亿元债转股基金，落地全市首批AIC股权投资基金，并率先完成全市首个项目投资交割；

　　Bank of China's RMB 5 Billion AIC Fund has been launched, along with the first batch of AIC equity investment funds with the first project investment closing completed ahead of schedule；

　　发起设立全国首只科技体育产业基金，聚焦人工智能与数据分析应用、高端运动装备与智能健身设备、元宇宙与虚拟赛事、数字文化及娱乐等领域；

　　China’s first Technology Sports Industry Fund has been initiated, focusing on artificial intelligence and data analysis applications, high-end sports equipment and intelligent fitness devices, metaverse and virtual competitions, digital culture, and entertainment；

　　2025年6月，由“光明人才基金”投资的深圳市优优绿能股份有限公司在深交所创业板上市，成为光明区引导基金培育的首个本土成长上市企业；苏州瑞博生物成功登陆香港交易所主板，实现了光明区引导基金首个生物医药领域IPO和首个港股IPO的双重突破。

　　In June 2025, Youyou Green Energy Co., Ltd., a portfolio company backed by the “Guangming Talent Fund,” was listed on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first locally cultivated listed company nurtured by the Guangming District Government Guidance Fund. Suzhou Ribo Biotech successfully landed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, achieving dual milestones as the first biomedical IPO and the first Hong Kong IPO.

　　此外，光明区还参与设立总规模504.5亿元的粤港澳大湾区创业投资引导基金，“耐心资本”为大湾区原始创新提供了持久稳定的资金动能，助力光明科学城链接全球智慧、孕育未来产业。

　　In addition, Guangming District has participated in establishing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Venture Capital Guidance Fund with a total size of RMB 50.45 billion.
